Because this claymation short film contains an original song by Bob Dylan, we needed to secure permission from Bob Dylan's publishing company in order to publish it. Unfortunately, that permission was denied.  Nonetheless, the editors of Hog Creek Review want to congratulate Meagan Skerchock on her excellent and creative work.
