It is our intention to continue the tradition of excellence by providing several outstanding programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as ongoing professional development for those who strive to become the best professional educators in the region, state and nation.  Each endeavor begins at the College and Department with a creative vision, then understood through grounded quality research, and eventually practiced in classrooms at Ohio State Lima and pre-K-12 classrooms throughout northwest Ohio all with the intention to improve teaching and learning.
