The Lima Regional Science Olympiad will be held at OSU Lima on Saturday, March 3, 2012.  Links to team numbers and event schedules are posted above.  Registered teams should check here regularly for information updates. 

All events other than Protein Modeling (C) will be offered at the Lima Regional.  

• Anatomy & Physiology (C) will calculate GFR in units of mL/min/1.73 m² using the currently recommended MDRD equation shown here.
  
• Thermodynamics (C) will be written test only.  Competitors will not bring a device to be tested and will not need goggles. 
  
• Both Water Quality B and C will include a salinity test, so students who bring a salinometer/hydrometer must bring splash goggles. 
  

Team rosters are due by February 24, at the latest. 

Regrettably, we will not be distributing regional T-shirts this year due to budget constraints.
