Pursuing a social work degree at Lima campus blends distance-learning technologies with traditional classroom instruction. Courses on regional campuses are taught by both faculty within the College of Social Work and regional campus instructors. Regional campus students can receive the same comprehensive social work education that they would receive on the Columbus campus at four convenient Ohio State locations around the state.
Beginning in Autumn Semester 2013, junior-level social work major courses will be offered on all four regional campuses. Both junior-level and senior-level major social work courses will be offered beginning in Autumn Semester 2014. Admission requirements to the social work major on regional campuses are the same for the social work degree offered on the Columbus campus.
