What is the R.N. to B.S.N. Program?

The R.N. to B.S.N. is an integrative approach to baccalaureate nursing education for registered nurses who are graduates of associate and diploma programs. The goal of this program is to facilitate the progression of registered nurses through the existing undergraduate curriculum of The Ohio State University College of Nursing.

A minimum GPA of 2.75 on all college-level work is required to apply. Admission is competitive and selective.

Students applying for the Summer Quarter 2009 cohort must complete all prerequisites by the end of Fall Semester/Winter Quarter. Applications will be accepted between October 1 and January 1. All transcripts must be received by January 30, 2009.

The nursing curriculum is four quarters (beginning Summer and ending the following Spring) and is taught in an on-line distance learning format.
