  Campus Memories
In the 50 years since The Ohio State University at Lima opened its doors to the students of west central Ohio, millions of memories have been made here. As Ohio State Lima celebrates its anniversary, we would like to take the time to reflect back on the events, people and traditions that have made this institution what it is today. Tell us your favorite stories about your Ohio State Lima experience, whether as a student, employee, alumni, parent or friend. Stop back often to read what your fellow Buckeyes have to say as well.

OSU Lima - Robert Meier

I remember the pine groves that surrounded the buildings and the parking lots. They were so beautiful in winter when the snow covered the trees and the ground around them. It was such a shame when it was necessary to trim the lower branches and cut down the ground cover (although I understand why they felt it was necessary) because then they looked so unnatural. After their manicure, the trees couldn’t stand the wind storms so many of them ended up toppling and so little is left of the original pine lots now.
