Joel Althauser

Mr. Althauser is the vice president for Commercial and Ag Lending at Home Savings and Loan Company of Kenton. He has worked in the banking industry for nearly 19 years. Prior to this, Mr. Althauser worked as an extension associate in Paulding and Van Wert counties for Ohio State Extension. His community involvement includes serving as a councilman for Kenton City Council, Hardin County Hospice Board of Directors and president of the Kenton Community Improvement Corporation and Kenton Kiwanis Club. Mr. Althauser received his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Althauser was appointed to The Board of The Ohio State University at Lima in 2011. He currently chairs the Academic Affairs and Student Life Committee.
