As part of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, the Office of Student Activities is hosting a virtual "Chopped" competition. It’s almost like Food Network’s "Chopped." The challenge: Create menus and recipes from food pantry items generally given to those in need. Can you survive the chopping block and make it into the cookbook? Everyone is invited to come to the "Chopped" competition to help bring awareness to the homeless population. Participants are encouraged to bring a canned food item to donate to a local food pantry. Free lunch will be provided for participants.
