    FOCUS is a web-based, personalized career and education planning system. Use FOCUS to create plans so you can self-manage your career, be proactive, control your destiny, and take advantage of new career opportunities. You can benefit by using FOCUS whether you are a student, a college alumnus, or an employee seeking career change.

    FOCUS guides you through a process enabling you to:
  • Assess your present career status and your planning needs
  • Assess your work related interests, values, skills, leisure time activities, and personality type
  • Discover and explore occupations and education programs that are compatible with your personal attributes, lifestyle and needs
  • Map out your career and educational goals, action plans and personal development needs
  • Search for jobs, graduate schools, training programs, scholarships, financial aid, and internships
