COSTS: The registration fee for Fall classes is $40.00, which includes your membership. This is the total cost whether you register for one course or six courses.
REFUNDS: To receive a refund (minus a $5.00 processing fee), you must withdraw at least 48 hours before the programs are scheduled to begin.
REGISTRATION: Select classes from the enclosed listing of classes offered for the Fall session. Then complete the Registration Form and mail it with your check or money order payable to The Ohio State University to:

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE is September 30, 2013.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis to a maximum of 45 persons per class. Class size is limited by room size. Questions? Call 419-995-8863.
PARKING: Parking is available in student lots off Mumaugh Road or Harding Highway. A limited number of handicap parking spaces are available next to the Public Service-Administration Building.
CLASSROOMS: Classes are held in Rooms 212-213 on the second floor of the Public Service-Administration Building on the campus of Ohio State Lima, 4240 Campus Drive, Lima, Ohio. Notification will be given if the subject requires relocation of the class. All classes are handicap accessible.
LUNCH: Class participants may eat in the University Cafeteria in Reed Hall, go out to local establishments, or bring their own lunch and eat in the classroom.
