Registration is open for Spring 2012 session in Columbus.
For all accounts paid in full by Thursday, March 1, a discount of $200 will apply, reducing the total amount to $2500.

All accounts must be paid in full before the first day of class, March 23, 2012, to be enrolled.
No refunds of tuition balance due to participant cancellation will be made after March 9, 2012.
In case of participant cancellation, this amount can be applied to a future Legal Nurse Consultant Program.
A $35 fee will be assessed to all checks returned for insufficient funds.
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

The Ohio State University at Lima reserves the right to cancel any program that lacks sufficient enrollment. In that event, all payments and deposit would be refunded.
