Lima’s OSU/Rhodes Business Association will be having a simulated stock trading competition this spring quarter 2007 with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The competition will start on Monday, April 9th and will continue through the end of the quarter when the winners will be announced the end of the Spring Quarter. Students from both institutions can join in the competition at any time before June 1st, 2007.

Here are the rules:

• The competition starts on Monday, April 9th when the market opens.
• The competition ends on Friday, June 1st when the market closes.
• Anyone and everyone may join at any time after the competition begins.
• Each participant may have only one account to join the competition.
• Each account will begin with a balance of $100,000.
• There will be no minimum or maximum number of trades allowed.

How to join:
Go to www.simustock.com, choose "CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT NOW", and then following the instruction. You DO NOT need to give your actually personal information. After create your personal account, you need to create a "NEW TRADING ACCOUNT", it's also free for you. Then click "JOIN COMPETITION". The competition for our group is "Business Club 2007". Please start your investing balance at $100,000, as everyone else in the group does. Your position in the competition will show at the end of the day.

Simustock is a website designed to help people learn investing techniques through a simulated stock trading environment at no cost. Stock market data are actually data from the stock market with approximately 15 to 20 minutes delay depending on the Exchange. Students can trade on individual accounts, or compete against others in a trading competition.
