July 16, 2013: Scarlet and Gray Discovery Day Discover what it’s like to Be A Buckeye at Ohio State Lima! From exploring majors to hearing from current students about their experiences, this day is all about finding out what it really means to Be A Buckeye! Admissions representatives will be available throughout the day to answer questions about admissions criteria and financial aid as you navigate your way through Ohio State and all we have to offer. July 23, 2013: Buckeye Blitz Rapid Registration Come and join us for a Buckeye Blitz Rapid Registration night to become a 2013 Buckeye! A Buckeye Blitz Rapid Registration night is an opportunity to apply, receive information about financial aid and other Buckeye basics, and meet with an academic advisor to schedule classes for Autumn Semester 2013. Check in from 5:30-6:00 p.m. The program begins at 6:00 p.m. Visit Lima.OSU.edu/rsvp and use the code BUCKBLITZ to register for a Buckeye Blitz night or call the Admissions Office at (419) 995-8391.

August 18, 2013: Josh Turner Concert Tickets to the Allen County Fair concert are now on sale! The Passport to Lima program has purchased a limited number of tickets to the concert headlined by Josh Turner. Tickets are $20 each, which includes gate admission and the concert. Ohio State Lima students can purchase two tickets to the concert. A limited number of tickets are available. Tickets can be purchased in the Visitor and Student Services Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. August 29, 2013: Fall Job Fair The Fall Job Fair is open to all students interested in part-time, seasonal or full-time employment as well as internship opportunities. Students are encouraged to stop by anytime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to talk with local and regional employers. The Fall Job Fair is hosted by both Rhodes State College and The Ohio State University at Lima, and is open to students from all majors. Students are encouraged to dress business casual and bring their resume if possible.
