Media Alert: Natalie Stovall’s performance rescheduled for May 13

Original date postponed due to flooding

What was to be the kick off performance for the annual May Week celebration for students of Ohio State Lima and Rhodes State College, will now be the wrap up. Singer/fiddler Natalie Stovall and her band will perform at 12:30 p.m., Thurs., May 13, 2010, on the Quad. The original date had to be postponed due to flooding in Nashville.

Stovall and the band have opened for artists such as Little Big Town, Los Lonely Boys and Josh Gracin, and were invited by the President to sing God Bless America at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this year. Stovall is one of the most-booked artists on the college scene and military base circuit.

The performance is free and open to the public. The Hangar in the Cook Hall Gymnasium is the alternate site if it rains.
