Registration open for Ohio State Lima Barons Golf Outing

Spots filling up quickly

Registration is still open for the Fifth Annual Ohio State Lima Barons Golf Outing, but spots are filling up quickly. The Golf Outing is set to begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m., Sun., Sept. 30, 2012, at Hawthorn Hills Golf Club, 1000 Fetter Road, Lima, 45801.

The cost is $65 per person or $260 per team. This fee includes a meal, cart and green fees. The outing will include a 50/50 drawing and a skins game for $20 per team. Mulligans are available for $5 each. Trophies will be presented for first and second places and all participants will receive door prizes.

All proceeds from the outing support the Barons Athletics Department. Over the course of its first four years, the outing has raised more than $13,000 for the Ohio State Lima Barons Athletic Fund, which has provided money to update and improve several items for all five Barons Sports.
