Ohio State offers free continuing education workshop for social workers
The Ohio State University College of Social Work will host a free continuing education workshop for social workers from 12:00-4:30 p.m., Fri., Oct. 4, 2013, on the Ohio State Lima campus. Lunch will be served at 12 p.m. in the Reed Hall cafeteria followed by the workshop at 1:15 p.m. in Public Service 212.
This event will allow social work agency representatives to meet Ohio State College of Social Work faculty and staff, learn about the undergraduate and internship opportunities available at Ohio State Lima and earn three free Ethics CEUs. The workshop, "Ethical Issues in Crisis Care," will be presented by Nancy Stephani, LISW-S, coordinator of emergency services at Century Health and lecturer at Ohio State Lima.

The workshop, "Ethical Issues in Crisis Care," has been approved for three CEU clock hours with full participation required for social workers and marriage and family therapists only (no counselor provider status) by The Ohio State University College of Social Work. The college is an approved provider of the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board, provider number RST111002.
