Men of Honor’s Carl Brashear to speak at Civic Center

The Lima Campus is bringing the man who inspired the movie Men of Honor to Lima this month.

Carl Brashear, the Navy’s first African-American master diver, will tell his story at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2003.

Brashear’s visit is sponsored by the Multicultural Association, Performing Arts and Lecture Series, and Student Activities Office of The Ohio State University at Lima and James A. Rhodes State College.
