Scarlet and Gray fever swells at Ohio State Lima

Buckeyes rev up during Michigan Week

Excitement over the OSU-Michigan game is building among students, faculty and staff at The Ohio State University at Lima. Several events are planned for the next two days:

Judging for the Third Annual “Beat Michigan” Door Decorating Contest will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 18. Judy Von Blon, Buckeye cheerleader extraordinaire and recent Ohio State Lima retiree, will judge the contest. Prizes are provided by Macy’s. A list of entries will be available in Public Service 210 or 208.

The Student Senate will host a gameday party for students from noon to 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, in the Galvin Commons. Senate members will be barbecuing and the game will be projected on a large screen. Admission is free for students but donations for the Ohio Food Bank and Toys for Tots campaigns will be accepted. This event is not open to the public.
