For immediate release May 3, 2006 Contact: Pam Joseph at (419) 995-8284 Buckeye Football Coach Tressel keynote speaker for Spring for Scholarships event The Ohio State University at Lima will host its Third Annual Spring for Scholarships Dinner and Auction on Thursday, May 25, 2006, at the Veterans’ Memorial Civic and Convention Center with special guest OSU Football Coach Jim Tressel. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Proceeds will help fund scholarships for Ohio State Lima students. Individual tickets and various levels of sponsorship are available. A Sponsor’s Reception will be held prior to the program with limited space available. For more information on ticket prices and sponsorship levels, please contact the Office of Development at (419) 995-8068. There will be both silent and live auction items available. The silent auction will take place throughout the evening and the live auction will begin following Coach Tressel’s remarks. Items include autographed athletic memorabilia, jewelry, services and other special gifts from local businesses and Buckeye fans.
