Please submit as many recipes as you like. We will be including recipes from the Cooking with Brett series, and are hoping that bakers and chili wizards from Beat Michigan Week will submit their recipes also. We are in need of a cookbook title. If you are creative and have an idea, please submit it along with your recipe. After the submission deadline, the cookbook title entries will then be posted for a campus vote.
The profits we earn will depend on the cost to purchase the cookbook. The more books we order the less our costs will be. If you plan on purchasing cookbooks, please make your reservation before the submission deadline.
Once we have all submissions the cookbook will then take 6-8 weeks to produce. The deadline for recipe submissions is November 30. Please send all recipes, reservation requests, and cookbook title submissions to Jane Higbie. If anyone would like to help with this process it would be much appreciated.
