I am really looking for something in the $250-$350 range with utilities included in the rent. I am very sociable and often times go to bed early at night and get up early in the mornings because I work morning shifts most of the time. I am not much into partying so would rather stay away from party homes. I am very pet friendly, love animals, but do not have any but also wouldn't mind if my roommate had pets.
