Welcome to the Office of Technology Services

The Office of Technology Services provides services to Ohio State faculty, students and staff to use technologies in learning, teaching, research, and administrative settings. The Technology Services Office is comprised of the Help Desk, Classroom Services, and Distance Learning/Educational Technology departments.  The primary role of the Office of Technology Services is to provide the campus community with the resources, tools, and knowledge to effectively and efficiently use technology to advance and support the mission and goals of the University.

  • Hours: Normal business hours M-Th 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., F 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  Subject to change.
  • Submit a Ticket/Check on Ticket Status (Intranet only-login required; VPN from off-campus)

Resetting Your OSU Wireless Password

OSU Wireless no longer needs a separate username and password. Current osuwireless users can synch these accounts in two easy steps:

  1. Log in with your Ohio State Username (lastname.#) and password at to change your current password.
  2. Once you've completed the password change, use our simple utility or follow the manual instructions to resynchronize your wireless account.

New students, faculty, and staff must complete activation of a new Ohio State Username at before setting up wireless.
