Note:  You must already have Internet access at home to access these programs.

The Columbus Office of the CIO (OCIO) offers a variety of public domain, bulk purchase, and site-licensed software programs to members of the OSU community. In an effort to provide a convenient and timely distribution method, selected software is available for downloading from this web site:

http://osusls.osu.edu/

Software is available for Windows, Macintosh, and Unix computers.  Some software that is available through the Software-To-Go pages is licensed for home use as long as you remain an OSU faculty, staff, or student.  Downloading software from this site requires you have your OSU Internet name activated (your published e-mail, i.e. lastname.#).  For assistance activating this username, please contact the OIT Help Desk at 614-688-HELP (614-688-4357) or from on the Lima campus at 5-8-4357.

One application that is of particular importance for home use is McAfee VirusScan and Anti-spyware for Windows and McAfee Security for Mac.  Download and Installation instructions are located at the OSUSLS website.
