Lima Undergraduate Research Forum
The Ohio State Lima Undergraduate Research Forum is designed to encourage students to actively engage in research. Research can take many forms including scientific research, surveys and essays, artistic creations and students are encouraged to participate in all forms. The main event is a poster presentation judged by faculty where students present their work. First, second, and third place earn bookstore gift certificates in the amount of three hundred, two hundred and one hundred dollars, respectively.

Deadlines for Faculty and Student Awards
March 28: Applications for Ohio State Lima Mentorship Award Applications (Faculty awards).
April 4: 300-word abstract (for inclusion in the program). To be emailed to me (URMC chair).
April 6: Poster session in the library 12:00-2:00 pm.
April 25: Last day for public student presentations.
Beyond the Lima Campus Forum, participation in the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum, the University Libraries Undergraduate Research Prize, or publication in JUROS are all strongly encouraged, although faculty and students are welcome to pursue any appropriate forum for their discipline that will showcase undergraduate research.
