Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cups dry quick oats
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ cup milk

  • Directions
    1. Pour the oil into the slow cooker to grease bottom and sides
    2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    3. Bake on Low 2 ½ -3 hours

    Vegetable Beef Soup
    Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, or your choice of vegetables

  • Directions
    1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
    2. Cover. Cook on High 3 hours, and then on Low 3-4 hours.

    Chicken Noodle Soup
    Ingredients
  • 5 cups hot water
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules, or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 46- oz. can chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups “homestyle” noodles, uncooked
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery, lightly pre-cooked in microwave
  • 1/3 cup shredded, or chopped carrots

  • Directions
    1. Dissolve bouillon in water. Pour into slow cooker
    2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    3. Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.

    Creamy Crock Pot Roast
    Ingredients
  • 2 lb. beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 6 carrots (sliced)
  • 6 potatoes (cubed)
  • Water

  • Directions
    1. Place onion, carrots and potatoes at bottom of crock pot
    2. Dredge roast in flour and place in lightly greased pan
    3. Brown on both sides in hot oil over high heat
    4. Place roast in crock pot over vegetables
    5. Pour soup and ½ can water over roast
    6. Cover and cook on low for approximately 10 hours, or 5 to 6 hours on high

    Crockpot Pork Chops and Rice
    Ingredients
  • 4-6 lean pork chops
  • 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic (minced)

  • Directions
    1. Rinse and drain rice
    2. Combine rice, soups, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Mix well.
    3. Place rice mixture at bottom of crock pot. Lay pork chops over rice mixture.
    4. Cover and cook for approximately 8 hrs.

    Swiss Chicken Casserole
    Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices (4x4 inch) Swiss Cheese
  • 1 can (10 ¾ ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups herb stuffing mix
  • ½ cup margarine or butter, melted

  • Directions
    Spray Crock pot with cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in crock pot. Top with cheese. Combine soup and milk; stir well. Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted margarine over stuffing mix. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours.

    Macaroni and Cheese
    Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 cups shredded sharp processed cheese
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

  • Directions
    Toss macaroni with butter in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice.

    Beef Vegetable Soup
    Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 15 ½ oz. can tomato sauce
  • 15 oz. pkg. frozen mixed veggies
  • 14 ½ oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 10 ½ oz. can beef broth
  • 1 ¼ c. water
  • 1 ½ oz. pkg. onion soup mix

  • Directions
    Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hrs or on high for 4 to 6 hours.

    Pizza Potatoes
    Ingredients
  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. can pizza sauce

  • Directions
    1. Saute potato and onion slices in oil in skillet until onions appear transparent. Drain well.
    2. In slow cooker, combine potatoes, onions, cheese, pepperoni, and salt.
    3. Pour pizza sauce over top.
    4. Cover. Cook on Low 6-10 hours, or until potatoes are soft.

    Creamy Beef Stroganoff
    Ingredients
  • 1-½ pound stew beef, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 10 ¾ oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 to 2 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz. pkg medium egg noodles, cooked

  • Directions
    Place beef and onion in a slow cooker; set aside. Combine soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; stir into beef mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Spoon over prepared noodles to serve.

    Broccoli-cheese soup
    Ingredients
  • 8 oz. pkg. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
  • 2 10 ¾ oz. cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen chopped broccoli

  • Directions
    Place all ingredients in a slow cooker; cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

    Triple Chocolate Delight
    Ingredients
  • 18 ½ oz. pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 3.9 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Garnish with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping

  • Directions
    Mix all ingredients well; pour into a greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.

    Root beer Ham
    Ingredients
  • 5 lb. cooked ham
  • 2 liter bottle root beer

  • Directions
    Place ham in Crockpot pour 2 liter of root beer over the ham. Cover and Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.

    Honey-Garlic Chicken Wings
    Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Directions
    Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper; place in a slow cooker and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour sauce over wings. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

    Teenie Party Weenies
    Ingredients
  • 2 16 oz. packages cocktail wieners
  • 12 oz. jar grape jelly
  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce

  • Directions
    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    Applescotch Crisp
    Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooking apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • 3 ½ oz. pkg. cook-n-serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold butter or margarine

  • Directions
    1. Place apples in slow cooker
    2. Combine remaining ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
    3. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
    4. Serve with ice cream.

    Broccoli Casserole
    Ingredients
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 24 oz. carton fat-free small-curd cottage cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 8 oz. fat-free mild cheese of your choice, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt

  • Directions
    1. Place frozen broccoli in colander. Run cold water over it until it thaws. Separate into pieces. Drain well.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl and mix until well blended.
    3. Stir in broccoli.
    4. Pour into slow cooker sprayed with fat-free cooking spray.
    5. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour. Stir well, then resume cooking on low 2-4 hours.

    Hash Brown Casserole
    Ingredients
  • 30 to 32 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped onion, optional
  • 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter

  • Directions
    Spry the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease the inside surface. Combine the thawed hash browns, onion, soups, sour cream, and melted butter. Pack into the crock pot insert. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

    Pizza Casserole
    Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 jars ( 4 ½ oz. each) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 pkgs. (3 ½ oz each) sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • Directions
    Cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper; heat through. Spoon 4 cups into a slow cooker. Top with half of the noodles, pepperoni and cheeses. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
