Is there some way for me to contact a live person?
To contact a live person call (419)995-8698 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Will others know who asked the questions on your site?
Absolutely not. All questions will appear anonymously on the web. Any personally identifying information that is sent within your question will be stripped out before going live on the web. You also do not have to include any personally identifying information in your question. It is only advisable to include such information if you need someone to contact you.
Will my question be answered?
All questions will be reviewed and answered if they do not already exist in our database. Please use the browse and search options to see if your question has already been asked by another user. Because of the anonymous nature of this system, we will not be able to contact you regarding the status of your question unless you supply an email address.
How long will it take for an answer to be posted to the web?
Your question and an answer should be posted to the site within 48 hours after submission. If this is an emergency, and you require a more immediate answer, please call (419)995-8698 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to speak to someone. If you cannot call during our regular business hours, please call the 24 Hour Crisis, Information, and Referral Hotline at 1-800-567-4673.
Will my question become your office gossip?
Not at all. We take the privacy, feelings and trust of our students very seriously and will never talk about questions that are received.
