Lima Counseling and Consultation Services

The therapists of the Ohio State Lima Counseling and Consultation Services office provide services to all Ohio State Lima students. We provide individual therapy, outreach for the campus, and referral information and resources within the community. All of our services are confidential and free of charge.

  • SilverCloud: SilverCloud is an online, interactive mental health resource that provides students with cognitive behavioral skills and strategies accessible 24/7. SilverCloud can be either self-guided or used with the support of a coach. SilverCloud does not require a referral and you can start right now.
  • Let’s Talk Consultations: Drop-in informational meetings provided by Columbus Counseling Services. More information is available on their website.
  • Mental Health Strategies Video Series: A series of short videos focused on skills and strategies for improving mental health.

If you are looking for therapy / counseling

  • Check with your health insurance provider to find a list of therapists in your area that are covered
  • Check with your employer (or parents’ employers) to see if an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is available to you. These usually provide several free sessions to employees and their dependents.
  • BetterHelp is a reputable site for telehealth therapy services. Some financial assistance may be available.
