Offers assistance in establishing the parent/child relationship, child support, medical support orders, and enforcement of the orders.

Allen County Children Services
Provides supportive services to children and families.

Allen County Health Department
Services include pregnancy testing and prenatal services, family planning, breast and cervical cancer screening, and immunization clinics for children.

Allen County Job and Family Services
Provides a number of services including food assistance and child care assistance.

Community Center Child Care at the Lima YMCA (Rhodes State College)
Serves children 6 weeks to 6 years old at the Lima YMCA. Any student or employee of OSU Lima or Rhodes State College is eligible for a discounted rate.

Crossroads Crisis Center
24-Hour crisis shelter for female victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or dating violence. Provides children’s programs and a Children Exposed to Domestic Violence program.
