Student Life: Student Organization Registration
Dear Student Organization Leader:
Below you will find all of the forms and information clubs will need to get registered for this academic year. All club registrations must be completed by the 4th week of the semester.
Once your club is registered you will be able to hold fundraisers, and your club will have the support of the Student Engagement Office in marketing all of your club’s activities. This includes, but is not limited to, flyers, posters, and our “What’s Happening?” e-mail.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these forms please feel free to contact a Student engagement representative. You will also find Post Program Evaluation Forms and Student Organization promotion/project forms below.
