2021 MINDSTRONG Virtual SessionsNeed help to reduce your stress, anxiety, or depressed mood? This evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral skills-building and resiliency program is for you. Research shows that MINDSTRONG can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and improve healthy lifestyle behaviors and academic performance. The program consists of seven 60-minute sessions.
Virtual sessions will be held from 1-2 p.m.
