2017 Spring for Scholarships
The Ohio State University at Lima proudly hosted our Thirteenth Annual Spring for Scholarships event, with special guest speakers OSU Wrestling Coach Tom Ryan and OSU student wrestler and 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist Kyle Snyder. We transformed the Cook Hall Gym into a beautiful stage to celebrate and raise money for our Ohio State Lima student scholarships. Spring for Scholarships showcases the students who have benefited from scholarship aid in the past as we honor the tradition of being a Buckeye and paying it forward for the students of the future.
Through the support of sponsors, advocates and guests, this year's event helped to raise $35,000 for our student scholarships!

Guest experience
Ohio State Lima's a capella group Carmony performed, a variety of auctions and raffles loaded with awesome "OSU experience" packages were available for bidding, and delicious, heavy hors d'oeuvres and a sweets table provided for guests' tasting pleasure. Our Student Ambassadors and scholarship recipients were available throughout the event to give a first-hand testimony of how funds raised during the Spring for Scholarships event has impacted their academic experience.
To date, the Spring for Scholarships program has raised over $385,000 for Ohio State Lima students. Here are a few testimonials which share how these funds impact our students' lives.
