Ohio State Lima welcomes Parks and Recreation group to campus June 25-26, 2018

Ohio State Lima’s parklike setting will be put to good use when students from the 2018 Summer Playground Program from the City of Lima Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department visit campus Mon., June 25, and Tues., June 26, 2018. Approximately 125 students are expected to arrive in three different groups over the two-day period.

Each group will participate in four activities: whiffleball, team building games, crafts and either theatre or earth sciences. Whiffleball and team building are on the Quad, crafts are in Galvin 101, theatre is in the Martha W. Farmer Theatre for the Performing Arts and earth sciences is in Galvin 118. Each student will be able to try all four stations. Lunch is in Reed Hall.

Monday morning, June 25

Bus Arrives: 9:00-9:15 am
Session 1: 9:15-9:45
Session 2: 9:55-10:25
Session 3: 10:35-11:05
Session 4: 11:15-11:45
Lunch: Noon – 12:30 (Reed Hall Cafeteria)
Bus Leaves: 12:30 pm

Tuesday morning, June 26
