K-12 Mild/Moderate Special Education Licensure

The Ohio State University at Lima can increase your marketability as an educator. Adding an additional license or teaching endorsement gives you the flexibility to teach additional subjects and grade levels.

Ohio State Lima has developed coursework to earn a K-12 Mild/Moderate Special Education License to enhance and diversify teaching skills. Courses are offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The K-12 Mild/Moderate Special Education Licensure is designed around the working education professional's schedule.

To receive a license by completing the program of study, students must already have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a current state of Ohio teaching certificate or license. Exchange of Service schools may qualify for discounted rates.
