Final walk throughs are completed to prepare for official basement demolition.

Demolition begins as construction crews take over the Galvin basement. Out with the old and getting ready for the new.
December 21, 2022
Safety barriers are added as crews begin to section off areas for asbestos removal.
January 3, 2023
Abatement is now successfully completed and the walls start to come down.
January 13, 2023
Demolition of ductwork and new fire proofing above columns begins.
January 18, 2023
New material being staged and framing of new walls begins.
February 3, 2023
Framing continues as the installation of new duct work is started.
February 17, 2023
Continued duct work installation and more framing. Some drywall begins to be hung.
