STEAM on the Quad will return to The Ohio State University at Lima for its eighth year from 1-4 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Registration is now open for organizations and business interested in hosting an activity at STEAM on the Quad, which is a free, family-friendly day aimed at kids in grades K-8. It is built to improve their knowledge and interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Humanities, and Math through hands-on activity. A variety of activities will be hosted by the 4-H programs of Putnam, Hardin, Allen, Hancock, Lucas, Auglaize and Logan counties; the Ohio State Lima departments of education, earth sciences, English and theatre; and a variety of student clubs, community businesses and organizations.
STEAM on the Quad is free and open to the public. Businesses and organizations interested in hosting an activity can sign up beginning July 1, 2024, at go.osu.edu/steam-on-the-quad-partners. Participation is free for businesses, organizations and participants. For questions, contact Robin Bagley at bagley.72@osu.edu.
STEAM on the Quad is a collaboration between Ohio State Lima and the OSU Extension offices in the surrounding areas. The event is presented with support from Charles River Lab.
