Tall tales abound for young audiences in The Amazing Adventures of Baron M.

Ohio State Lima's Department of Theatre presents the public performances of the 2017 production of Theatre for Young Audiences, The Amazing Adventures of Baron M, at 7:30 p.m., Sat., Nov. 4, and 2 p.m., Sun., Nov. 5, 2017, in the Martha W. Farmer Theatre for the Performing Arts.

Travel with Baron M through his unbelievable, yet amazing adventures. His stories include riding cannonballs, traveling to the Moon, growing a cherry tree on a boar’s head, and pulling himself out of a swamp by his own hair. This production is geared towards children in grades K-4, and for the child in us all.

Tickets are available at the door, and are $7 for adults, $5 for students/seniors, and $2 for children 10 and younger. Box office opens one hour prior to performance, and can accept cash or check only. The performance runs about 45 minutes.

Director Dr. Maria Ignatieva, professor of theatre, adapted the play from the book by Rudolph Erich Raspe.
