SilverCloud: SilverCloud is an online, interactive mental health resource that provides students with cognitive behavioral skills and strategies accessible 24/7. SilverCloud can be either self-guided or used with the support of a coach. SilverCloud does not require a referral and you can start right now.

Let’s Talk: provides drop-in, informal mental health consultations on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s FREE and CONFIDENTIAL and open to all currently registered Ohio State students. It's a great option for students who may not need traditional counseling, but who could benefit from one-on-one support and consultation.

Buckeye Peer Access Line (PAL): Buckeye PAL operates Monday through Friday from 8 p.m. to midnight, when classes are in session during fall and spring semesters. Buckeye PAL will operate through finals week but not during university breaks, instructional breaks or when university offices are closed.

Mental Health Strategies: A series of short videos focused on skills and strategies for improving mental health.

Ohio State Wellness App: A new tool to support student mental health and well-being on campus with help to find resources, set goals, build healthy habits and connect to support on campus.

Consultation & Assessment Team (CAT): If you’re concerned about the wellbeing of another student, the CAT team is available to check in with that student, offer support and resources to that student as well as any other students involved.

Ohio State Columbus Campus Counseling and Consultation Service: information about seeking and receiving services at Columbus Campus Counseling and Consultation and many helpful links with information and resources for students.
