Light therapy is a research-supported treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (or seasonal depression). Ohio State Wellness App: A new tool to support student mental health and well-being on campus with help to find resources, set goals, build healthy habits and connect to support on campus.
Consultation & Assessment Team (CAT): If you’re concerned about the wellbeing of another student, the CAT team is available to check in with that student, offer support and resources to that student as well as any other students involved.

Ohio State Wellness Coaching: Wellness Coaching is a free service offered through the Student Life Student Wellness Center that supports all Ohio State undergraduate, graduate, and professional students by enhancing holistic wellness and growth through empowering conversations. Peer coaches work with students one-on-one who need a place to process challenges and set goals around their wellness, mental health, and experience on campus.
