The Out of the Darkness Campus Walk for Suicide Prevention is a journey of remembrance, hope and support, and offers a way to unite as a campus and community to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental illness have affected our lives and our loved ones.

Join the Suicide Prevention Program and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and help make suicide prevention a shared campus responsibility.

Would you like to try out a research project? Are you interested in simulating processes in nature, like chaotic pendulum motion or the spread of epidemics? Would you like to learn how to write computer code? Then the new Undergrad Research drop-in Sessions, or URS, may be for you! You will have the opportunity to work on a shorter project during these sessions (no obligations, no course credit) and experience first-hand what research is.

If you’d like to learn more about URS, come to the kick-off meeting!
