Dr. Patrick Carroll, professor of psychology, discusses the second edition of his textbook, "The Routledge Handbook of the Uncertain Self," which is due out at the end of February. Carroll's co-editors are Kimberly Rios and Kathryn Oleson. 

According to the publisher, "The second edition of this handbook explores the social, cognitive, motivational, interpersonal, clinical, and applied aspects of personal uncertainty. It showcases both the diversity and the unity that defines contemporary perspectives on uncertainty in self within social and personality psychology.
