In addition, free professional headshots will be available for students in order to help build a professional online presence! This series is perfect for graduating seniors from all majors at Ohio State Lima and completion of the series of events will earn students a Career Readiness certificate!

Virtual Mock Interviews - Register by March 7, Interviews held on March 25, 9am-2pm and March 26, 11am-4pm, Via Zoom
Students can build confidence and refine their interviewing skills through virtual mock interviews, which offer realistic practice and valuable insight. Strong interview performance is crucial in the hiring process and helps candidates stand out. This opportunity connects students with experienced recruiters for personalized guidance. Virtual mock interviews are 30-minute Zoom sessions that simulate a real interview. Afterward, students receive detailed feedback from employer and professional partners on their responses to common and behavioral based questions, nonverbal communication, and overall presentation.

College to Career Readiness Certificate: Designed especially for graduating seniors! Complete five of the following career readiness activities and obtain a College to Career Readiness Certificate. This certificate can be listed on your resume, included in your career portfolio, and will demonstrate to employers your preparedness to make a smooth transition from college to career.
- Resume and/or cover letter review by career development manager
- Attendance at 3 career readiness sessions (job search tips using LinkedIN, career readiness 101, mock interviews, professional headshot, interview tips, salary negotiation)
- Complete the university wide graduation survey (take a screenshot of completion page).
